Our number one priority is that your job is done safely. Prior to working with any customer, our project supervisor and crew always perform a pre-job safety review. This helps identify potential hazards and enables the crew to deal with them in a safe and effective manner.

All job site employees receive annual OSHA-required training and specialized training in many areas, including but not limited to:
- Lock out/tag out
- Fall protection
- Hazard communication
- Mobile equipment
- Confined space
- Hearing conservation
- Blood-borne pathogens
- Small tool operation
- Respirator
- Personal protective equipment
- First aid (every two years)
- Fire extinguisher training
Many of our employees receive additional training such as:
- OSHA – 30 hr. construction worker training (superintendents are required to have this training)
- MSHA – New miner
- OSHA – Hazwoper — 40-hr site worker
- Railroad worker safety
- Accident investigation
- Accident prevention/investigation
- 8-hr confined space supervisor
- Scaffold erection
- Methods of safety supervision
- Crane operator certification
- Pilot car PEVO
